Betting Jackpot is an online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, and live dealer games to users in Bangladesh. In this document, "we" and "Betting Jackpot" refer to the entity operating the platform; "you", "member", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.

"Platform" refers to the Betting Jackpot website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and any associated digital services. "Wallet" refers to the internal financial balance within your Betting Jackpot account. "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits that cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements are met.

These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bangla version shall prevail.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Betting Jackpot:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Age is verified during KYC using your National ID card or birth certificate.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Betting Jackpot reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.
• Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If your mobile number changes, please notify Support as soon as possible.

The mobile number provided at registration is also used for payment verification. Therefore, the number must be active and registered in your name.

Betting Jackpot currently supports transactions via three mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The key payment rules are as follows:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum limit, though larger amounts may require KYC verification.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are always sent to the mobile number used for the original deposit — transfers to a different number are not permitted.
3. KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more. Once verified, it will not be required again for future large withdrawals.
4. Withdrawing from your Bonus Balance requires the applicable wagering requirements to be completed first. Your main balance can be withdrawn at any time; however, withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
5. Deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Withdrawals usually arrive within 5–15 minutes.
6. If a payment fails, no amount is deducted from Betting Jackpot — please check your mobile banking statement to verify.

Betting Jackpot offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and special tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all bonus usage:

• Wagering requirement: To convert a bonus into cash, you are generally required to wager 25 times the bonus amount. Some offers may set this at ×10 or ×30 — the exact requirement is clearly stated on each offer's page.
• Duration: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple active bonuses: Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time. Activating a new bonus may cancel any existing one.
• Bonus Abuse: If a member is found opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using someone else's details, or attempting to manipulate the system, their bonuses will be forfeited and their account permanently closed.
• Welcome Bonus: 50% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Available once per account only.

Betting Jackpot reserves the right to modify or cancel its bonus program at any time. Members will be notified before any changes take effect.

The following rules apply when playing Sports Betting, casino games, and live dealer games on Betting Jackpot:

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — this applies to both live betting and pre-match bets. A partial withdrawal is only possible if the Cash Out option is available and active.
2. If an event is cancelled or declared a draw, the stake is refunded. In parlay bets, a cancelled leg is counted at odds of 1.0.
3. If a technical issue prevents an event result from being determined, Betting Jackpot will verify the outcome from official sources and settle accordingly.
4. If unusual betting patterns are detected (e.g., placing a very large bet on a single event), Betting Jackpot may suspend the relevant bet for review.
5. Winnings resulting from a software glitch or bug are not valid — any such issues must be reported to Support immediately.

In cricket betting, official sport rules apply to all markets — including ball-by-ball markets, toss bets, and over/under. If a match is suspended, live bets placed during that period will be settled according to the circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Betting Jackpot. Any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately:

• Operating more than one account or opening an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — claiming the welcome bonus on multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the system.
• Introducing money laundering or funds from illegal sources into the platform.
• Selling, transferring, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications or hacking the platform's software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

Betting Jackpot handles the collection, use, and protection of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. The key points are:

• Information provided at registration (name, mobile number, and National ID number) is used solely for account verification and payment processing.
• Information related to your transaction history and gaming activity may be used for security verification and responsible gaming purposes.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. Data is only shared where necessary for payment gateway services.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by legal obligation.

Betting Jackpot believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a means of income. We are firmly committed to responsible gaming, and here's what we do to support that:

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account — age is confirmed through KYC verification.
• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• A self-exclusion option is available — you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Betting Jackpot reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

1. If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
2. If there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
3. Providing false information during KYC verification or failing to submit the required documents on time.
4. Accounts with no activity for an extended period (18 months+) may be marked as inactive.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw your available main balance before closing — withdrawals become more complicated once an account is closed.

Betting Jackpot reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect, via SMS to their registered mobile number or through an app notification.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request account closure before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
